Updating Team Members' Profiles

You can update team members’ profiles in Resova if you have the appropriate permissions. To learn more about roles and permissions, check out the  roles and permissions section.

You can update the following information on users:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address (what they use to login with)
  • Telephone/Cell phone
  • Assigned role and permissions

To update team members’ profiles, select "Settings" and then "General Settings" from the main navigation.



Select "Team" in the settings menu on the left and click the blue plus icon to the right.



On the “Team” page, click on the grid or list item of the team member that you wish to manage.

Save Your Changes

Once all updates are complete, click Save & Update to confirm your changes.
