Sending Team Members a Password Reset Email
If a user in your team needs to reset their password, you can easily trigger a password reset email from the Team Settings in Resova.
Steps to Send a Password Reset Email
1. Navigate to Team Settings:
- Go to Settings > General Settings > Team.
2. Locate the User:
- Search for the user using the search bar or scroll through the list of team members.
3. Open User Options:
- Click the gear icon ⚙️ on the user card to open the options menu.
4. Send Password Reset Email:
- Select “Send password reset email” from the dropdown menu.
Outcome
- The selected user will receive an email with instructions to reset their password.
- Ensure the user’s email address is correct for the reset link to be delivered successfully.
- Be sure to check the Spam/Junk folder
