Resources: Team Resources (Item Management)
The Resources section allows you to assign team members or staff as resources to specific items. This ensures that only available staff are linked to an event, and their unavailability or assignment can directly affect the booking status of items.
Key Features of Resources:
1. Assigning Resources:
- Select from available team members in your account.
- Staff resources can be activated or deactivated with a single click.
- When assigned, the team member will be linked to the item’s booking process.
2. Availability and Impact:
- If a team member is preoccupied or unavailable, the associated item becomes unavailable for booking.
- This ensures accurate scheduling and resource management.
3.Sorting Options:
The interface offers flexible sorting views:
- Default: Organizes resources in the predefined staff resource order.
- Resource A-Z: Sorts resources alphabetically.
- Resource Z-A: Displays resources in reverse alphabetical order.
Toggle between grid or list views for optimal visualization.
4. Activation/Deactivation:
- Easily activate or deactivate a resource by selecting the option under their name.
- Activated resources are marked as “Available,” while deactivated ones appear inactive and are unlinked from events.
