Monitoring System Status with “App Status”

The App Status option in Resova allows you to check the current status of Resova’s platforms and services. This feature is designed to keep you informed about the performance and uptime of our systems and third-party integrations.

How to Access App Status

1. Navigate to the bottom-left corner of your Resova dashboard.

2. Click on your profile icon to open the menu.

3. Select App Status from the dropdown list.

Features of the System Status Page

1. Current Status:

  • The page immediately displays whether all systems are operational with a green banner or highlights any service interruptions.

2. Service Categories Monitored:

  • Resova Platforms: Performance of the main application.
  • Resova Data Centers (via AWS): Uptime of the data centers hosting Resova.
  • Message Delivery: Monitoring email and text notifications.
  • Integrations: Performance and uptime of third-party services integrated with Resova.

3. Detailed Metrics:

  • View uptime percentages over the past 90 days for each service category.
  • Access historical uptime data for deeper insights.

4. Subscribe to Updates:

  • Use the Subscribe to Updates button to get real-time notifications about Resova’s system status and updates.

 

What to Do During Service Interruptions

If you notice any service interruptions or issues on the App Status page:

  • Refer to the posted updates for further details about the issue and any ongoing resolution efforts.
  • For additional support, contact Resova at support@resova.com.

 

By regularly checking the App Status, you can ensure you’re always informed about Resova’s performance and be prepared to take timely actions during outages or interruptions.
