Accessing Your Profile Settings
1. Click on your Profile Icon in the lower-left corner of the sidebar.
2. Select Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.
Updating Your Profile Information
1. Navigate to the Profile tab within the settings.
2. Update fields such as:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
3. Once changes are made, click Save & Update to finalize.
Managing Security Settings
1. Switch to the Security tab to update your password.
2. Enter your Current Password, followed by your New Password.
3. Confirm the new password and click Save & Update.
Note: Passwords must be 6–12 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter and one number. If you forget your current password, you can reset it via email.
Configuring Notification Settings
1. Select the Notification Settings tab.
2. Customize preferences for:
- Activity Feed:
- None
- Customer Activity Only
- User Activity Only
- Customer + User Activity
- Email Notifications for:
- New Bookings
- Cancelled Bookings
- Rescheduled/Updated Bookings
- Text Message Notifications for:
- New Bookings
- Cancelled Bookings
- Rescheduled/Updated Bookings
- Resova Feed:
- Keep me updated on new features and announcements.
- Receive marketing tips and company updates.
3. Toggle specific settings on or off to suit your preferences and click Save & Update to confirm.
Additional Tips
- Ensure your contact information is up to date to avoid missing crucial notifications.
- Regularly update your password for improved account security.
- Use notification preferences to stay informed without being overwhelmed.
