Managing Notifications Sent to Team Members
The Activity & Notifications section allows you to customize notification preferences for team members, ensuring they receive updates relevant to their role. Follow the steps below to manage this section effectively.
Accessing the Notifications Settings
- Go to Settings > General Settings in the main navigation.
- Select Team and click on the team member you wish to update.
- Scroll to the Activity & Notifications section under the team member’s profile.
Configurable Options
1. Notifications Digest
You can select the frequency and type of activity notifications for this team member:
- None: No notifications will be sent.
- Customer Activity Only: Notifications related to customer actions (e.g., bookings, reschedules).
- User Activity Only: Notifications related to the user’s assigned tasks and activity.
- Customer + User Activity: Combined notifications for both customer and user activity.
2. Notifications via Email
Enable or disable specific email notifications for:
- New Bookings
- Cancelled Bookings
- Rescheduled/Updated Bookings
- Booking Requests
- Stock Alerts
3. Notifications via Text Message
Enable or disable SMS notifications for:
- New Bookings
- Cancelled Bookings
- Rescheduled/Updated Bookings
Note: Credits are required for team members to receive text messages. Learn more on purchasing and managing text message credits. A valid cell number must also be updated in team member profiles.

Additional Notification Settings
- Event Owner View: Toggle this setting to restrict the team member to view and manage bookings where they are assigned as an ‘Event Owner’.
- Staff Resource Notifications: Enable this option to only send email notifications for bookings assigned to this user as a resource.
Saving Changes
After customizing the notifications, click Save & Update to ensure all changes are applied.
By managing these settings, you can streamline notifications and keep your team informed about relevant updates.
Note: Administrators with permissions who can update team member profiles and notification settings, are only permitted to remove which emails or text messages that team members can receive. For team members who are sent notifications, preference options will still be available to unsubscribe.
