Managing Customer Profiles
Resova allows you to dive deeper into individual customer profiles to manage bookings, transactions, waivers, and more efficiently. This guide focuses on the features and tabs available in detailed customer profiles.
Accessing a Customer Profile
1. Navigate to Customers from the left-hand menu.
2. From the All Customers section, locate the desired customer and click Manage Customer from the gear icon or directly click on the customer’s name.
Customer Profile Overview
Once inside the customer profile, you will see the following sections:
1. Profile Tab
This tab contains all personal and contact details about the customer:
- Name, Email Address, and Date of Birth
- Phone Number and Address
- Preferred Time Zone
- Joined Date and Waiver Status
Actions:
- Edit Information: Modify contact or address details.
- Send Password Reset Email: Quickly send a reset link to the customer.
- Subscribe/Unsubscribe to Emails: Toggle subscription preferences.
- Manage Notes: Add internal notes about the customer.
- Merge Customer: Combine duplicate customer profiles.
2. Transactions Tab
This tab displays all purchases made by the customer, including:
- Transaction Number: Unique identifier for each transaction.
- Date/Time of Purchase
- Total Amount Paid/Due
- Purchase Breakdown: Items or services purchased.
Actions:
- View Transaction: Access complete details about a specific transaction.
3. Bookings Tab
All bookings associated with the customer are listed here:
- Event Name and Booking Date/Time
- Number of Participants
- Booking Status
- Total Amount Due
Actions:
- Booking Status: Change Booking Status
- View Booking Details: Access full booking information.
4. Credit Tab
If your business supports credits, this tab tracks:
- Credit Balance
- Credits Applied to Bookings or Purchases
5. Waivers Tab
Manage all waivers associated with the customer:
- Waiver Date and Time
- Event Name
- Minors Listed on Waiver (if applicable)
Actions:
- View Waiver: Open and review the waiver.
6. Friends Tab
This tab displays profiles linked to the customer account (e.g., friends or family members added to bookings):
- Name and Email Address
- Waiver Status
Actions:
- View participant: Click to view participant.
