[General Settings](https://info.resova.com/resova-knowledge-center/settings?hsLang=en#general-settings) # Managing Customer Accounts ## The Customer Accounts section in Resova allows you to manage settings related to rescheduling, cancellations, and additional account preferences. This guide will help you configure each of these options effectively. ### **1. Rescheduling/Updating Settings**   **Configure Rescheduling Options:** - Toggle **Customers can reschedule/update bookings from their customer account** to enable this feature. - Set the time frame for rescheduling by selecting how many **minutes/hours/days/weeks/months** before the event customers can modify their bookings. **Display Rescheduling Content:** - Toggle options to include this information: - In the **Terms and Conditions** (if active). - On the **Confirmation Page** of your booking site. - In **Confirmation Emails** sent to customers. **Customize Rescheduling Content:** - Add content to communicate your policy clearly: - **Title**: Enter a clear title, such as “Our Policy on Rescheduling/Updating Bookings.” - **Content**: Use the editor to provide details about your rescheduling policy.   **Save Changes:** Click **Save & Update** to apply your settings. ![ManagingCustomerAccounts1](https://info.resova.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ManagingCustomerAccounts1.png?width=670&height=367&name=ManagingCustomerAccounts1.png) --- ### **2. Cancellation Settings**   **Configure Cancellation Options:** - Toggle **Customers can cancel bookings from their customer account** to enable this feature. - Specify the time frame for cancellations by selecting how many **weeks/days/hours** before the event cancellations are permitted. **Customize Cancellation Content:** - Add details about your cancellation policy: - **Title**: Use a clear heading, such as “Our Policy on Canceling Bookings.” - **Content**: Use the editor to include specific terms and conditions. **Display Cancellation Content:** - Toggle options to include this policy: - In the **Terms and Conditions** (if active). - On the **Confirmation Page** of your booking site. - In **Confirmation Emails** sent to customers.   **Save Changes:** Click **Save & Update** to save your cancellation settings. ![ManagingCustomerAccounts2](https://info.resova.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ManagingCustomerAccounts2.png?width=670&height=414&name=ManagingCustomerAccounts2.png) --- ### **3.
