Managing All Customers
The Customers section in Resova is a central hub for managing both your customers and participants. With detailed profiles, sorting options, and management tools, you can ensure a seamless experience for your clients.
Accessing the All Customers Section
1. From the main navigation menu, click Customers.
2. Toggle between the Customers and Participants tabs at the top of the page to manage different types of profiles.
Customers Tab
Key Features of the Customers Tab
1. Customer Profiles:
- Each customer card displays:
- Name and email.
- Joined date (when the customer first interacted with your platform).
- Icons for total bookings/purchases, total sales, and whether the waiver is signed.
2. Customer Options:
- Click the gear icon on a customer’s card to:
- Manage customer details.
- View waiver for the customer.
- Send password reset email.
- Toggle subscribe to emails on or off.
- Delete customer.
3. Sorting Customers:
- Use the sorting dropdown at the top to organize the list by:
- Earliest date joined or latest date joined.
- Name A-Z or Z-A.
4. Creating a New Customer:
- Click the blue plus (+) icon in the top right.
- Enter the necessary customer details and save.
5. Exporting Customer Reports:
- Click the Options dropdown at the top right to:
- View all visitor reports.
- Export all visitor reports.
Icons Explained
- Total Bookings/Purchases: Displays the number of bookings linked to the customer.
- Total Sales: Shows the total value of purchases associated with the customer.
- Waiver Signed?: Indicates whether the customer has signed their waiver (“Yes” or “No”).
Participants Tab
The Participants tab helps businesses track and manage individual attendees associated with bookings.
Key Features of the Participants Tab
1. Participant Profiles:
- Each participant card displays:
- Name
- Creation date in the system.
- Icons for total bookings/purchases, total sales, and whether the waiver is signed.
2. Participant Options:
- Click the gear icon on a participant’s card to:
- Manage participant details.
- View waiver for the participant.
- Toggle subscribe to emails on or off.
- Delete participant.
3. Sorting Participants:
- Use the sorting dropdown at the top to organize the list by:
- Earliest creation date or latest creation date.
- Name A-Z or Z-A.
