Steps to Update Business Details
1.Navigate to the Business Details Section
Log in to your Resova account and go to the Business Details section, where you can manage your company’s information.
2.Edit Your Company Name
•Locate the Company Name field.
•Update the name of your business as needed. This name will appear in your booking site, invoices, and customer communications.
3.Provide Online/Contact Information
•Business Phone Number: Enter your primary phone number. Select the correct country code from the dropdown menu.
•Business Email Address: Provide an email address for customer inquiries. This is a required field to ensure smooth communication.
•Business Website Address: If your business has a website, enter the URL here. This information will appear in booking confirmations and invoices.
•Business Cell Number (Optional): If applicable, you can add a secondary phone number.
Note: While some fields are optional, we highly recommend filling them out to enhance customer experience and transparency.
4.Add Tax Information
•If your business operates in a region where value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST) applies, select the appropriate tax option.
•Enter your tax number in the Number field. This will automatically apply to all invoices and receipts sent to your customers.
5.Save Your Updates
Once all the necessary information is entered, click the Save & Update button to apply your changes.
