How to move the bubble chat in Resova
When you log in to your Resova account, the chat widget is displayed by default in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
To reposition the chat widget:

Locate the Chat Widget
In the lower-left corner of the screen, you'll see the chat icon. -
Find the Drag Handle
Just to the right of the message icon, you'll notice a subtle rectangle with six dots. This is the drag handle like in the image below.

Click and Drag
Click on the dotted handle and drag the chat widget to your preferred location on the screen. -
Widget Position Retention
Currently, the widget will remember its last position during your session. Once moved, it will remain in that location each time you return to the page—for the duration of your current browser session.
