How to Connect Clover Devices 

steps to get clover setup

1. Verify Customer Setup: Contact the customer and confirm they have already completed the initial setup of their Clover device (turned it on and accepted the terms).

2.Request Admin Access: Inform the customer that Grace Ward (gward@clubspeed.com) must be added as an admin to their Clover account. This is essential for us to gain access and proceed with the setup from our end.

3.Enter Master Resova App: Go to Resova Pay (Fiserv) and click on Manage.

4.Access Devices Tab: Once the table with the Speedpay information appears, click on the second tab titled Devices.

5,Prepare Clover Login: Before clicking the connection button, open a new tab and go to the Clover website. Pre-logging into Clover prevents the connection process from forcing you to log in again and losing your place in the master app.
 
Reminder: Be careful when logging into Clover. After you sign in, a pop-up may appear asking you to turn on two‑factor authentication. To bypass it, On the link, write 'Dashboard.' It will automatically complete the sentences for you with the Clover logo, so you can enter the current website. this opens another tab. Close the pop‑up tab by clicking the X on it. now you will have full acces the clover

6.Connect Clover: Return to the Resova app and click the blue button labeled Connect Clover Account.

7. Select Merchant Location: A new website will open, prompting you to Select Merchant. Find and click the customer's location name.

8.Install Resova App: This will open the Clover website, where an app called Resova will appear. You must connect or install this app.

9.Repeat Connection: After connecting the app, you will be redirected back to the Resova app. You’ll need to repeat the same connection process, but this time it will successfully connect and display the details of the Clover devices.

10.Install Cloud Pay Display: Open the Clover website again and be logged into the customer's account. Search for the app called Cloud Pay Display and install it to finish the setup.

11.Sync Master App: Sync the master app one last time. The setup is complete and should now show the customer's Clover devices.
