How Do I Hide An Inventory Item

Go to: Resova Inventory Items
Locate the item you want to hide.
Click on the status icon (green, yellow, or red circle).
Select the desired status:
- Green – Active: Online and available for use.
- Yellow – Hide item: Hidden from public view, but still available internally.
- Red – Deactivate item: Keeps the item in the system but makes it completely unusable.

Tip: If you only want to prevent customers from seeing the item, choose Hide item rather than Deactivate item.

If you need to hide an inventory item without removing it from your system, you can use the Hide item status. This keeps the item in your inventory and available for use, but removes it from public view.
