Understanding Enterprise Reporting in Resova

Enterprise-level reporting in Resova provides businesses with consolidated data across multiple locations, offering a broader view of performance metrics. While many reports from the single-venue level are available, some have yet to be integrated into enterprise reporting.


Payments Activity Reports

Why don’t I see “Payments Activity: By Payment Date” and “Payments Activity: By Revenue Date” in enterprise reporting?

Currently, these reports have not been added to enterprise reporting. However, our goal is to roll up all relevant single-venue metrics into the enterprise level, allowing for a comprehensive view across multiple locations. Future updates will include these reports to provide deeper financial insights.


Additional Enterprise Reporting Metrics

Does Resova offer enterprise-level reporting for Guests, Capacity, Discounts, and Cart Abandonment?

At this time, not all of these reports are available at the enterprise level. However:

  • Discounts can be found under the “Gifts” section.
  • Guests, Capacity, and Cart Abandonment reporting is currently only available at the single-location level, but we plan to incorporate these metrics into enterprise reporting in future updates.
