"Display On" Setting
If you’ve noticed that bookings made for one day (for example, Tuesday) are showing up on the previous day (Monday), don’t worry, this is usually due to a simple scheduling setting ("Display On") that can be adjusted.
What’s Happening:
This issue occurs when the “Display On” setting for your activity’s schedule is showing timeslots on the previous day.
For example, if a timeslot that actually belongs to Tuesday is also set to Display On Monday, guests will see it available on Monday. When they book it, the reservation is correctly made for Tuesday, which can cause confusion.
How to Fix It:

Log in to your Resova Dashboard.

Go to the Items section and select the item where the issue is occurring.

Open the Scheduling tab.
- Click on the cogwheel icon next to the schedule you are using for the item.

This will open up the visual builder view and you will need to review each timeslot and check off the Display On setting.

Save your changes.
Once updated, your guests will see the correct availability on the correct day.
Tip:
This issue sometimes happens when items or timeslots are duplicated between days. Double-check your “Display On” settings any time you copy a schedule to ensure it is checked off.
