The Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring key metrics, managing notifications, and accessing recent updates about your Resova account. Here’s a breakdown of the main features and components:
1. Complete Your Account Setup
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find prompts to complete essential setup steps for your account. These include tasks like adding team members, setting payment options, and customizing your booking site. Each step includes a progress indicator and a direct link to the relevant settings page.
Example Steps:
- Invite the Team: Add team members to manage specific areas of your Resova account.
- Customize Booking Site: Adjust the layout, colors, and content of your public booking site.
- Publish Booking Site: Make your site live and ready to accept bookings.

2. Metrics Overview
Track your business’s performance at a glance with key metrics displayed over a customizable timeline.
Available Metrics:
- Transactions: The total number of transactions processed.
- Sales: Total revenue generated.
- Taxes and Fees: Amount collected.
- Paid and Unpaid Amounts: Monitor financial balances.
Filters:
- Adjust the timeframe to view metrics for the Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or a Custom Period.
- Toggle between Transaction Stats and Booking Stats for more specific insights.
3. Notifications, Transactions, and Reminders
- Latest Notifications: View important updates, such as canceled or rescheduled bookings.
- Latest Transactions: Keep track of recent financial activities, including paid and unpaid bookings.
- Internal Reminders: Access reminders set for team members or upcoming tasks.
Tip: Use the filters to view specific categories, such as urgent notifications or customer activity.
4. Latest Activity and Notes
- Activity Log: Track recent actions performed by your team or customers, like updated bookings or added discounts.
- Booking Notes: Access notes attached to specific bookings, transactions, or discounts.
5. Users
Monitor user activity and statuses:
- View who is currently online and their last login time.
- Check for inactive or offline team members.
Navigation Tips
- Use the filter icons in each section to customize the displayed data.
- Access the Help Icon (?) at the bottom right to quickly submit a ticket, check the status page, or view help guides.
