Configuring Pay by Invoice PDF Settings

To configure the PDF settings for Guests can pay by Invoice, click on 'Configure' next to 'Guests can pay by invoice (card authorization available)"

  1. Click on the 'PDF Settings' tab
  2. Give the invoice a title.
  3. Set the title and description for Payment due content. This appears at the bottom of the PDF invoices when a payment is due.
  4. If you would prefer your guests not to have the ability to pay outstanding balances online, click on the checkbox for 'Remove link for guests to pay outstanding balances if applicable'.
  5. Set the title and description for Payment paid content. This appears at the bottom of the PDF invoice when no payment is due.
  6. Click the 'Save & Update' button when you're finished.
