Configuring Inventory Layouts

The Inventory Layouts section in Resova enables you to manage the appearance and additional settings for items and item extras on your booking site. Here’s how to customize these layouts effectively.

Configuring Items Layout

Steps:

1. Navigate to Booking Site Settings > Inventory Layouts > Items.

2. Adjust the toggles based on your preferences.

3. Click Save & Update to apply your changes.

Additional Settings for Items:

  • Hide Available Spaces: Toggle to hide available spaces on the grid, list elements, and calendar time slots, if applicable.

  • Hide Sold-Out Time Slots: Enable to prevent sold-out time slots from appearing on the booking page.

  • Hide Blocked or Closed Slots: Turn on to exclude blocked or closed time slots from view.

  • Show All Available Time Slots: Activate to display all available time slots, regardless of visibility settings.

Configuring Item Extras Layout

Steps:

1. Navigate to Booking Site Settings > Inventory Layouts > Item Extras.

2. Toggle the appropriate setting.

3. Click Save & Update to finalize your adjustments.

 

Additional Settings for Item Extras:

  • Hide Pricing on Grid and List Elements: Enable this option to hide pricing details for item extras on grids and lists, showing them only in the checkout sidebar.

Note: This is not recommended as it may reduce transparency for customers.
