Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime without hassle or cancellation fees.
Important Note for Enterprise Users
If you are on an Enterprise plan, please contact support@resova.com to request a cancellation.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
1. Access Billing & Invoices:
- Click your avatar and name in the bottom left-hand corner of your account, underneath the main navigation.
- From the dropdown menu, select “Billing & Invoices”.
2. Initiate Cancellation:
- On the Billing Settings page, click “Cancel Subscription”.
3. Choose Cancellation Options:
A pop-up will appear with cancellation options:
- Pause Account: Store and maintain access to your data for a reduced fee.
- Cancel Account: Permanently close your account.
4. Provide Feedback & Confirm:
- If you choose to cancel, you will be asked to provide feedback.
- Review the final cancellation details, including the termination date of your account.
- Enter your account password to confirm, then click “Next” to finalize.
What Happens After Cancellation?
- You will receive an email confirmation once your subscription is canceled.
- Your account will remain accessible until the cancellation date provided during confirmation.
- 30 days after your cancellation date, all account data will be permanently deleted.
Can I Reactivate My Cancelled Account?
Yes! You can reactivate your account within 30 days before data deletion occurs.
- Simply log back into your account.
- You will see an option to restart your subscription.
- You may need to re-enter your payment details to resume service.
