How to Pause/Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime without hassle or cancellation fees.


Important Note for Enterprise Users

If you are on an Enterprise plan, please contact support@resova.com to request a cancellation.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Access Billing & Invoices:

  • Click your avatar and name in the bottom left-hand corner of your account, underneath the main navigation.
  • From the dropdown menu, select “Billing & Invoices”.

2. Initiate Cancellation:

  • On the Billing Settings page, click “Cancel Subscription”.

3. Choose Cancellation Options:

A pop-up will appear with cancellation options:

  • Pause Account: Store and maintain access to your data for a reduced fee.
  • Cancel Account: Permanently close your account.

4. Provide Feedback & Confirm:

  • If you choose to cancel, you will be asked to provide feedback.
  • Review the final cancellation details, including the termination date of your account.
  • Enter your account password to confirm, then click “Next” to finalize.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your subscription is canceled.
  • Your account will remain accessible until the cancellation date provided during confirmation.
  • 30 days after your cancellation date, all account data will be permanently deleted.


Can I Reactivate My Cancelled Account?

Yes! You can reactivate your account within 30 days before data deletion occurs.

  • Simply log back into your account.
  • You will see an option to restart your subscription.
  • You may need to re-enter your payment details to resume service.
