All Transactions Overview

The “All Transactions” page allows you to review and manage transactions across your platform effectively. Below are the features and steps to utilize this section.

Accessing the All Transactions Page

  1. Navigate to Purchases in the sidebar.
  2. Select All Transactions to view a complete list of transactions.


Features and Actions

1. Transaction Overview

Each transaction displays:
  • Customer Name
  • Purchase Date and Time.
  • Transaction Details, including items like bookings, gift vouchers, or extras.
  • Payment Status:
    • Paid (Green)
    • Unpaid (Red)

2. Filters for Transactions

  • Date Range: Select from pre-defined options like:
    • Last 30 days
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 24 hours
    • Custom Range

  • Status:
    • All 
    • Active Transactions
    • Cancelled Transactions

  • Payment Type:
    • All
    • Paid
    • Unpaid

3. Managing Transactions

Click the gear icon next to a transaction for options:

  • Manage Transaction: Open detailed settings for the transaction.
  • Send Confirmation Email: Resend the confirmation email to the customer.
  • Cancel Transaction: Mark the transaction as canceled.

Additional Notes

  • Use the filters effectively to narrow down your search based on transaction type, status, or payment status.
  • You can monitor trends in customer transactions over specific periods using the date filter.
  • For canceled or unpaid transactions, take action to follow up with customers as needed.
