All Gift Purchases
The All Gift Purchases section in Resova provides a clear overview of all gift voucher transactions within a specified time frame. You can filter and manage gift voucher records easily, ensuring streamlined operations for both active and inactive vouchers.
Important Note
Gift vouchers will only appear in this section if your business is subscribed to Resova’s Pro or Premium plans. To explore all available features and choose the plan that best fits your needs, visit the Resova Pricing Plans page.
Viewing and Filtering Gift Purchases
- Date Range Filter: Use the dropdown menu at the top to view gift purchases within predefined ranges, such as the last 30 days, last 7 days, or a custom time frame.
- Voucher Status: Filter gift vouchers by their status:
- Active gift vouchers: Currently valid and redeemable.
- Inactive gift vouchers: Expired or canceled vouchers.
Managing Gift Vouchers
For each gift voucher listed, click the gear icon to access the following options:
- Manage Transaction: View details of the transaction linked to the gift voucher.
- Manage Gift Voucher: Update or adjust settings specific to the gift voucher.
- Send Confirmation Email: Resend the purchase confirmation email to the buyer.
- Send Gift Voucher Email: Resend the voucher email to the intended recipient.
- Cancel Gift Voucher: Mark a voucher as canceled, rendering it inactive.
Summary of Information Displayed
Each gift voucher record includes:
- The purchaser’s name and details.
- Voucher type and unique code.
- Transaction date and ID.
- Financial details such as the transaction total, amount paid, and any remaining due balance.
