All Bookings Overview
The All Bookings section under the Purchases tab provides an organized way to view, filter, and manage your bookings. This tool enables quick access to booking details, payment statuses, and associated actions.
Viewing Your Bookings
- Navigate to the Purchases tab on the left sidebar.
- Select All Bookings to view the list of bookings.
- By default, the list will display bookings for the Next 30 Days. Use the dropdown to change the date range:

Filters
Booking Status:
- All: Displays all bookings.
- Checked-in: Shows bookings where customers have checked in.
- Upcoming/Pending: Displays upcoming or pending bookings.
- No-show: Lists bookings marked as no-shows.
- Cancelled: Displays canceled bookings.
Payment Status:
- All: Displays all bookings regardless of payment status.
- Paid transactions: Shows bookings fully paid.
- Unpaid transactions: Lists bookings with outstanding balances.
Booking Details
Each booking entry shows:
- Customer Name
- Booking Details (location, date, and time)
- Purchase Date
- Transaction Number
- Transaction Total, Paid Amount, and Amount Due
- Quantity of booking items purchased
Actions
Click the gear icon next to a booking to perform these actions:
- Manage Booking: Access booking details and make changes.
- Send Confirmation Email: Resend the confirmation email to the customer.
- Send Booking Reminder: Send a reminder email about the upcoming booking.
- Cancel Booking: Cancel the booking if needed.
