Adding Booking Support Information

The Booking Support section enables you to provide customers with contact details, including a support phone number and email address, for booking inquiries.

Steps to Configure Booking Support

1. Navigate to Booking Support

  • Go to Settings > Booking Site Settings.
  • Select Booking Support under the Booking Site Content section.

2. Enable Contact Information

  • Toggle on the option to show a Support Phone Number and/or Support Email Address.
  • Fill in the required fields:
    • Support Phone Number: Enter your support contact number (e.g., +1-123-456-7890).
    • Support Email Address: Provide your support email (e.g., email@mybusiness.com).

3. Important Note

  • Contact information configured here will only display on your full booking site.
  • It will not appear on any integrated booking widgets or platforms.
  • For integrated systems, add support information to your main website’s contact page.

 

Saving Your Configuration

  1. Once you have added the content, click Save & Update to save your changes.
  2. Once you have configured settings for support information, click the "Status" button in the top right-hand corner. To activate or deactivate booking information and booking support, from the dropdown menu, change the status to "Activate" or "Deactivate"

 

By providing clear and accessible booking support information, you enhance customer trust and improve their booking experience.
