Adding Booking Information to Your Booking Site
The Booking Information section allows you to provide customers with general information about your services and the online booking process.
Steps to Add Booking Information
1. Navigate to Booking Site Settings
- Go to Settings > Booking Site Settings.
- Select Booking Information from the Booking Site Content section.
2. Add Content
- Use the Content Editor to enter text that explains your services, policies, or other details about the booking process.
- The editor includes:
- Bold (B)
- Italic (I)
- Links
- Lists
- Alignment
3. Important Note
- Booking information will only appear on your full booking site.
- It will not display on any integrated booking widgets or platforms.
- For integrations, we recommend adding this content to your website (e.g., in the FAQ section).
Saving Your Information
- Once you have added the content, click Save & Update to save your changes.
- Once you have configured settings for booking information, click the "Status" button in the top right-hand corner. To activate or deactivate booking information and booking support, from the dropdown menu, change the status to "Activate" or "Deactivate".
By providing clear and helpful booking information, customers will have a better understanding of your services and policies, resulting in a smoother booking experience.
